Send the needed information: Account ID (never your password), Linker name, time of the issue, Client version, error message, and a screenshot. Complete information lets the team investigate faster.
I registered but cannot enter the game. What should I check?+
- Use your Account ID, not email.
- Check Caps Lock and leading/trailing spaces.
- Type the password again instead of pasting it from the clipboard.
- If you just registered, wait for the success result on the website before closing it.
- If it still fails, send the error message and the time you tried to Discord.
The Launcher cannot patch or files are missing+
Close every game process, run the Launcher as administrator, check free space, and prevent the antivirus from quarantining Client files. If files were deleted, download a new set from Google Drive instead of finding DLLs on random sites.
A hatch failed, the egg is gone, or there is not enough Data+
Hatching can fail and may consume Data or the egg according to the mechanic. Screenshot the window before clicking and after the issue, and record the egg name, Phase, and Data amount before contacting the team. Any restoration must rely on logs and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Levels are slow even with a booster+
Boosters do not necessarily increase quest EXP, and Skill/Attribute Levels require combat. Check whether targets are in an appropriate level range and try a party with players near your level.
What should I do after a trade scam?+
Stop trading and save screenshots of the player name, Trade window, items, currency amount, and time. Never send your password or let anyone log in to “check items.” Report it to staff on Discord with verifiable details.
The guide does not match the Client+
Send the page name, incorrect section, Client version, and a screenshot. The team will compare them with the current patch and update the Guide. For server values, follow the latest announcement.
