- Keep verifiable details
Prepare your Account ID, character name, issue time, an in-game status image, and any order ID. Never send a password or OTP.
- Separate credits from Membership
Receiving Premium/Silk alone does not prove Membership activation. State whether the issue concerns a credit balance or Membership status so the correct log can be checked.
- Follow the latest announcement
When a package or benefit is enabled, staff will announce its redemption method, duration, and limits for the active patch.
